Domestic Pest Control:
Rodents & Mammals
Rodent Treatment (Rats - Mice - Squirrels)
Up to 3 visits for external infestations from £250 +vat
Up to 3 visits for internal infestations from £300 +vat
If extra visits are required they will be invoiced separately on completion from £80 +vat each.
Disinfecting or Odourcide treatment after a rodent infestation from £100 +vat
Annual Contracts available starting at £480+vat for up to 12 visits a year.
Mole Catching from £150 plus vat
Fox Trapping from £375 plus vat for cage hire and initial fox.
Extra humain dispatching of foxes £150 plus vat per fox.
Insects
Wasp Nest Treatments from £90 plus vat.
Extra Nests £40 plus vat during the same visit.
Internal wasp nest removal from £150 plus vat.
Hornet Nest Treatments from £120 plus vat.
Extra Nests £50 plus vat during the same visit.
Bee Swarm Collection / Control from £120 plus vat
Flea Treatments from £120 plus vat for a 1 bed flat (3 bed house estimated at £200 plus vat)
Ant Treatments from £100 plus vat
Fly control from £150 plus vat
Standard Call out Charge £80 plus vat
Any failed visit due to no fault of our own, i.e if you are not home when we arrive. You will be charged a standard call out.

Solar Panel Bird Proofing
Bird Proofing with non-invasive clip system and black or silver wire mesh from £450+vat
If scaffolding is required this is provided by Atom Access LTD from £450+vat
Drain Valve Installation & CCTV Testing
100mm Drain Valve Supplied and installed from £154.17 +vat (as part of a rodent treatment only)
150mm Drain Valve Supplied and installed from £229.17 +vat (as part of a rodent treatment only)
CCTV Drain Surveying from £400+vat can be arranged without a rodent treatment.
Labour Charges
Day Labour from £400 + vat.
Hourly Rate from £80 + vat.
